Season of Giving
During the holiday season, giving and volunteering are very important. This is especially true for people blessed with families, homes, food, and other human essentials. However, not everyone in our surrounding communities has all or even any of those things.
Henry Ford once said, “To do more for the world than the world does for you – that is success.” At Energy Ogre, we agree with Mr. Ford’s description of success. Our goal is to help our members and our community live their brightest life.
So far this fall, our employees have come together on a couple of occasions to serve the Houston community. We’ve enjoyed the many volunteer experiences, and we encourage you to get active in your area because we know you’ll enjoy it too.
Regardless of the affiliation or cause, volunteering benefits everyone involved — the volunteer AND most importantly, the individual(s) benefitting from the generosity and work of the volunteers.
Volunteer Opportunities
Do you want to get involved and contribute to a worthy cause? Since many of our members live in Houston and Dallas, we’ve compiled a list of a few volunteer opportunities in those areas. However, regardless of where you live, we encourage you, your family, and friends to volunteer in some way this holiday season!
